Rules For The Forum

Yeah, yeah, so I know that rules suck and suck ass hard but, unfortunately, they are a necessary evil.

This is our ban bus. Act like a troll or try to advertise something and it will squish you hard....

Other than that there aren't many rules. Just act with some common sense and we'll get along. Welcome to The Bitter Jealous Fatties Forum!
Here are a few guidelines to try to follow when posting. Please read them!

--TOPICS: We’re not a bunch of off-topic Nazis here, pretty much any topic is open for discussion. Television shows, your hobbies, the weather, whatever. But I do ask that you show discretion in topics. Posting things like “So-in-So isa fag who’s gonna burn in hell” or “I wanna f*ck the Teletubbies” will earn a community shunning. I don’t censor for “colorful metaphors” or four letter words but be mindful.

--SPAMMING: I consider anything put through the list meant to sell things or get people to join your pyramid scheme to be spam.Talking about things like books of your poetry, software, get-rich-quick schemes and other equivalents of cyber telemarketing. Sending that stuff through will earn you a ban. If you’re ever in doubt about sending something through the board you can always run it by me first at gator_xx@yahoo.DONTSPAMMEcom. I’d rather you ask me first instead of sending through a plea for customers to buy wines or Viagra or insurance for your left-handed thingamabob or site addies to your "see my titties if you pay me big bucks" sites.

Spammage? I'll delete the spam and delete your membership while placing you on the banned list. Hate to be this rude but I'm sick to death of pyramid schemes and sales come ons.

-- EDIT YOUR MESSAGES: Please remember to delete any part of the message you are replying to which isn't relevant.

-- TYPE AT BOTTOM OF MESSAGE: It is generally a good idea to put your message at the bottom of the reply, below any message you are replying to. This makes it much easier to find the new information (yours) in the post.

-- NO SPOILER SPACE NEEDED - JUST WARN: There really is not a need for a great big spoiler space in front of your message, as long as you make a note at the beginning of your posting that you are going to talk about spoiler subjects. Please just remember to keep spoilers OUT of  subject lines. This is particularly important when we’re posting about something like the latest episode of say, “24”, you’re posting from the East Coast and there will be people on the West Coast who might not have seen that particular episode yet.

--NO DEATH THREATS OR LEGAL ACTION THREATS - We've seen too many boards disintegrate like a stale doughnut in the bowels of a fat man once the threats are shouted and the gauntlets tossed about. We're all supposed to be adults here.
